By accessing Raveclan you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, event organizers, talent and ticket buyers.
Raveclan provides tools to discover events, sell tickets, book talent and plan events. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event details and for delivering the experience described. Tickets grant entry subject to the organizer's stated terms and venue capacity. Raveclan facilitates ticketing but is not the event host.
Ticket payments are processed through our payment partners. Organizers receive payouts net of platform fees as shown in their dashboard. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility is set by each event's stated refund policy. If you cannot attend an event, you may validate non-attendance with your confirmation code to receive a 20% credit toward a future ticket. Credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
Talent profiles are created and maintained by the listed individuals or businesses. Raveclan is not a party to booking agreements between organizers and talent. Ratings reflect user reviews and do not constitute endorsements by Raveclan.
You must not post unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or discriminatory content, or harass other users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Raveclan is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or from events listed on it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted on the platform.
